Everyone has a primary email address which also functions as their login username to GSuite services. You can also have additional email addresses, called Aliases, linked to your account such as an address with a different domain name. As soon as an alias is added to your account, you will receive email sent to that address. To compose a message that appears to come from the alias, rather than your primary email, you need to perform a one time set up per alias. The changes are made from the gmail.com web site, in the settings section. The steps are outlined in the guide below. This also works for sending an email out as coming from a Group to which you belong.
